At Kerlec we can help with all of your installation needs, from a simple light to an office or shop fit out, or installation of a new mechanical plant, we can install all of your power, lighting, Data or MATV needs. We can also assist with your sites Emergency lighting needs - including the maintenance of your monitored Emergency lighting systems.
We can provide all of your prevantative and programmed maintenance needs. Most services we provide in house. We have our own equipment for Thermal imaging, Power analysing, RCD Testing, PAT Testing (Test and Tag). We are also preferred suppliers to many Shopping Centres in Melbourne, where we provide the above services and more.
Our business is built on customised service. We adapt our business to suit our clients individual needs. Two customers may present as the same, but we know each and every facility has its own individual needs.
In addition to the basic services we provide we also provide a call out service for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Service calls outside of normal hours do have higher charges however.
At Kerlec we beleive that safety comes first. We want all of our staff and yours to go home at the end of every work day. We have a strong focus on ensuring our staff work in a safe and practical manner. If we see something that we beleive isn't safe we will let you know immediately.
Maintenance and installation. We can provide all the services you need for your air conditioning systems.
We assist in the installation of large plant and equipment and also install individual split system air conditioners.
We only use brands we know and trust - Daikin - Fujitsu - Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.

A Bit about us .
Kerlec Pty Ltd began trading in 2009 as Kerlec Proprietary Ltd, This structure was reviewed and the name was shortened in October 2009 to Kerlec Pty Ltd.
The business has its roots going back to January 2001 when the sole trader business Kerna Electrical Services began. As the business grew a new structure was needed, and with that a new shorter name was chosen - and Kerlec Pty Ltd essentially took over the day to day operations from their.
Since its beginnings Kerlec has managed to maintain a consistant work force, and our customers know our staff on a one on one basis. We believe in personal service, and working with you to acheive your individual needs.

At Kerlec we work in a wide variety of facilities. Our Specialty is working within shopping centres around Melbourne. We also work in Factories and warehouses, Restaurants, Office buildings, Shops, Cafe's, and Apartment buildings.
Our Clients expect us to work within their requirements. Some can have restricted hours of work, while others simply have restrictions on noise, we work with each and every one of them to ensure our projects are completed with minimum interruption to their sites day to day operation.
